Terms of Service

FitRepo is a personal fitness data vault. It allows you to store workout files, connect fitness platforms, and automatically forward your data between services. FitRepo is a tool for your own personal use — it is not a social platform, analytics service, or coaching platform.

FitRepo is currently in early access. Access is limited to invited users and features may evolve during this period. Material changes to the Service will be communicated by email.

You must be at least 16 years old to use FitRepo. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. FitRepo is currently available by invitation only during the early access period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@mydatafor.life if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account with others, use automated tools to create accounts, or use FitRepo for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

You retain full ownership of all fitness data, workout files, and personal information you upload to FitRepo. We do not claim any rights over your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect it.

By connecting third-party services (Strava, Intervals.icu, etc.), you authorise FitRepo to access and transmit your data to those services on your behalf, in accordance with your sync settings.

You agree not to:

• Use FitRepo for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to upload.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of FitRepo.
• Use FitRepo to store or transmit harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.
• Exceed fair use of the service in a way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

FitRepo is provided “as is” and “as available”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the Service with reasonable notice where possible.

During early access, features may change significantly. We will notify you of material changes by email.

You can export all your data at any time from your Settings page. You can request account deletion from Settings, which will permanently remove all your data within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FitRepo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of FitRepo shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or £50 if you have not paid us anything).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

The FitRepo name, logo, design, and software are owned by us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of FitRepo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use of FitRepo after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you may delete your account before the effective date.
